Compassionate presence, grief support, and holding vigil during the final moments of life.
End-of-Life Planning
Guidance with important documents such as power of attorney, living wills, and advanced directives.
Funeral Coordination
Support with transition to the funeral home of choice, as well as obituary planning and writing.
Posthumous Care
Assistance with the respectful removal and organization of items belonging to the deceased.
Practical Assistance
Meal planning, respite care, and coordinating community support (e.g., lawn care, prescription pick-up, errands).
